You can get refund for a Duolingo English Test purchased through Arno. Learn how in this article.

How to Qualify for a Refund

In order to get a refund on your test, there are three requirements:

1. You must have purchased your test through Arno.
2. You did not start your test.
3. 21 days has passed since you activated your test.
4. Your test has expired.

If you meet these three requirements, you can receive a full refund on your test. Just send an email to support@goarno.io to request one.

When a Refund Is Not Possible

If any of the following conditions is true, you are not able to get a refund through Arno:

1. You did not purchase your test through Arno.
2. You started your test. (Even if you did not finish your test or did not get a certified result, this still counts as starting your test.)
3. 21 days has not passed since you activated your test.
4. Your test is still active.
